In Fastweb+Vodafone stiamo cercando un profilo di Technology Strategy Expert da inserire nel team di Technology Strategy & Governance (Technology & Security - Digital Networks & AI).

Il team Technology Strategy & Governance all’interno della struttura Digital Networks & AI è responsabile delle strategie di Technology & Security e dell’evoluzione architetturale a medio-lungo termine in coordinamento con i diversi domini Technology & Security. Il ruolo prevede l’inserimento in un contesto dinamico, collaborativo e altamente trasversale tra Tecnologia, Finance e le Business Unit.

DESCRIZIONE E SCOPO DEL RUOLO

Nel ruolo di Technology Strategy Expert le tue attività e responsabilità saranno le seguenti:

• Definire, di concerto con i domini Technology & Security coinvolti, la strategia di evoluzione tecnologica e il piano di sviluppo a medio-lungo termine della rete Fissa, Mobile e Trasmissiva garantendo una convergenza verso i domini IT mediante l’introduzione di tecnologie Telco/Edge Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI & Automation

• Supportare lo sviluppo di soluzioni e servizi innovativi basati su architetture future-proof attraverso attività di benchmark competitivo, scouting di mercato e analisi dei trend tecnologici, in linea con la strategia di Business e l’evoluzione dei Servizi
• Sviluppare partnership strategiche con Vendor, Università, Enti di Ricerca, Start-Up
• Definire il Business Plan dei progetti strategici in ambito Technology & Security effettuando valutazioni economiche degli investimenti
• Eseguire la strategia AI della direzione Technology & Security in coordinamento con i vari domini coinvolti mediante la raccolta, analisi e qualifica delle priorità in modo da definire i requisiti tecnici per lo sviluppo di soluzioni di AI agentica
• Assicurare l'avanzamento dei rilasci delle soluzioni AI, il raggiungimento delle milestone di progetto, il ciclo di vita degli sviluppi e la gestione delle dipendenze tra i vari flussi di sviluppo e le integrazioni con i sistemi IT
• Predisporre la reportistica direzionale sull'andamento delle attività di sviluppo, sui costi e sul valore generato dalle soluzioni AI per gli stakeholder aziendali

REQUISITI ESSENZIALI

• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Informatica, Telecomunicazioni o affini.
• Preferibile Master/MBA in ambito Business, Finance o Strategia.
• Profilo analitico con forte pensiero strategico e visione sistemica.
• Esperienza in contesti complessi e in ambito strategia tecnologica o transformation program.
• Fluente in inglese parlato e scritto

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

• Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ambito strategico-tecnologico con focus su architetture, servizi innovativi e programmi di trasformazione nel settore Telco/ICT.
• Almeno 3 anni in ruoli di leadership con forte esposizione a stakeholder di alto livello.
• Competenze avanzate in project management e gestione di programmi complessi.
• Ottima capacità di comunicazione scritta e verbale; capacità di redigere documenti e presentazioni executive anche in inglese.

Retribuzione a partire da 34.000 euro annui lordi + PdR.
