Telecom Analyst Fully Remote • Hudson Automotive Group - Charleston, SC 29492 Apply Overview Job Shift 8am - 5pm Apply Description Hudson Automotive Group is searching for a highly qualified Telecom Analyst to oversee and optimize the organization’s telecommunication systems, including traditional and AI-based platforms. The Telecom Analyst will ensure a seamless communication infrastructure by managing phone upgrades to a consolidated platform, optimizing ISP performance, and supporting general telephony requests. Track record of leading and coordinating phone system upgrades and migrations to a unified, consolidated platform. Proven experience overseeing configuration, routing, and provisioning of telephony systems including faxing and paging technologies. Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, task and detail-oriented Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and vendor management skills. Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience managing telecommunication systems, VoIP platforms, or related technologies. Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, ISP performance metrics, and telecom infrastructure. Proficiency in call analytics tools and reporting systems. Experience with AI-based call management or IVR systems preferred. Familiarity with platforms such as Cisco, Avaya, RingCentral, or Microsoft Teams Voice. Knowledge of SIP, PBX, VoIP, and cloud telephony systems. Experience with automation or AI platforms for customer interaction.
