Pharmabest is looking to add a patient-focused, meticulous Telehealth Support Assistant to our virtual care team. Serving patients throughout Ontario, this position is entirely remote. As the initial point of contact for patients utilizing our Online Prescription Management Platform, you will assist them in managing digital intake, scheduling pharmacist consultations, and navigating virtual pharmacy services.
