Telemarketer (Remote) About Support Tech LLC Support Tech LLC is your nationwide partner for on-site IT solutions, providing crucial "smart hands" for remote support, tech deployments, and flexible IT staffing to ensure operational continuity for multi-site businesses. We're dedicated to being the boots on the ground, solving real-world problems and making a tangible impact by executing efficiently within agreed-upon SLAs. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services. Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations. Accurately document all call information and activity in our CRM system. Schedule appointments and follow up with leads as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive communication. Requirements What We're Looking For Clear and excellent English communication skills Prior experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or a similar role. Experience with a tech industry background. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
