About the role
- Lead the telematics and mobility strategy, roadmap and connected fleet capability for Coles' online delivery network.
- Drive improvements in fleet safety, utilisation, productivity, maintenance and cost performance through data-led decisions.
- Partner with operations, transport, technology, data and safety teams to identify opportunities and deliver business outcomes.
- Manage telematics platforms, mobility applications, connected devices and strategic technology vendors.
- Establish governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across fleet technology and connected vehicle solutions.
About You and Your Skills
- Experience in telematics, connected fleet technology, fleet management, mobility, transport or a related field.
- Strong understanding of fleet, logistics and operational environments within large, complex organisations.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technology-enabled change and cross-functional programs.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate operational data into actionable business insights.
- Experience managing technology vendors, commercial partnerships and service performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of telematics platforms, GPS technologies, connected devices, APIs and data integrations.
