Elite HR Consultancy is a UAE-based recruitment agency specializing in white-collar hiring across the UAE and GCC. We are looking for a confident, ambitious, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to companies across the UAE to generate new business opportunities.
• Introduce our recruitment services and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or business development.
• Experience working with a recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to succeed.
• Must have a reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection.

Working Hours

• 6 days per week.
• 9 hours per day (including a 1-hour break).
