Support the management and monitoring of the Benelux Trade Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and a strong focus on ROI and commercial impact.
-
Partner with internal departments (Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Art Team, and Finance) to support regional business plans and product launches.
Your profile:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
-
Initial experience in a Trade Marketing department, ideally within the retail, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
-
Highly organized, pragmatic, and structured with a strong hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
-

A competitive salary, including an 8% holiday allowance.
-
30 vacation days per year based on full-time employment.
-
Hybrid working opportunities, with Monday to Thursday in our Hoofddorp office and Friday as a fixed work-from-home day.
-
A net travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer or an NS-Business Card for commuting.
-
A solid pension scheme via Zwitserleven.
