The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The Administrative Analyst II will coordinate and manage assigned project activities, helping to ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables remain on track. This individual must be comfortable managing competing assignments, adapting to changing needs, and proactively identifying solutions to routine and moderately complex challenges. The ability to think critically, provide thoughtful observations, and contribute practical ideas is important for success in this role.

Candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, communication, and project coordination skills, along with experience supporting administrative operations, special projects, business processes, or similar initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams, is required. This temporary position offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful organizational projects while working collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to gather, analyze, and summarize information and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative within established guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience supporting vendor selection processes, requests for proposals (RFPs), research projects, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical recommendations and insights to support project objectives.
