Tenancy Services Officer
Sydneywater- Contract: 12month fixed term contract
- Salary: EA9 $111,500.24 + Super
- Location: Parramatta with travel to other Sydney water sites. (A valid C Class driver’s licence is a must)

About the role:
The role of the Tenancy Services Officer is to coordinate and support the tenancy and facilities management function within Business Connect, providing specialist facilities knowledge and skill for all Sydney Water manned sites. The role also provides high quality customer service to stakeholders whilst providing a safe, reliable working environment for staff to attend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tenancy and workplace services, including relocations, churn, furniture and service requests, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and within agreed service levels.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, providing accurate advice, managing escalations and building strong stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes.
- Coordinate workplace works and requirements, including quotations, procurement, documentation and expenditure, ensuring compliance with organisational processes and budgets.
- Champion safety, quality and compliance by monitoring works, completing inspections and audits, reporting hazards and supporting WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and team effectiveness by identifying process improvements, sharing knowledge, mentoring team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in facilities management, property management or a related field, with experience coordinating facilities works across multiple workplace environments.
- A valid C Class driver’s licence, First Aid Certificate and White Card, along with a collaborative approach and the ability to work with integrity, discretion and diplomacy.
- Practical project management and procurement experience, including coordinating contractors and resources to achieve quality, value-for-money outcomes.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing high-volume requests, resolving issues and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of WHS, building codes and relevant facilities standards, coupled with strong organisation, communication, judgement and decision-making skills.
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.
