Role
Mentinerea relatiilor cu clientii din spitalele de stat si private, precum si gestionarea proceselor post-licitatie, in conformitate cu politica comerciala a companiei.
Key Responsibilities
- Facturarea comenzilor primite de la spitale, in baza comenzilor;
- Introducerea contractelor in baza de date;
- Urmarirea fluxului contractelor, respectiv livrarea produselor;
- Verificarea achizitiilor directe din SEAP si verificarea pretului si a conditiile comerciale, prin confirmarea cu spitalele: cantitatile si factureaza comenzile;
- Intocmirea adreselor de raspuns catre spitale: acord incheiere contracte subsecvente, ajustari preturi, negatii, disponibilitate produse;
- Evaluarea stocului si transmiterea necesarului pentru a asigura un nivel optim.
Key Requirements
- Minim un an experienta profesionala intr-o pozitie similara;
- Studii superioare;
- Abilitati de comunicare si relationare interpersonala;
- Cunostinte medii de operare PC (Word, Excel, Outlook).
