Tender & Pricing Manager

Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a large international organisation with a significant global footprint, providing end-to-end solutions and services across multiple markets. The business operates in 20 counties and ensures seamless service and efficient flow of goods.

This role of Tender & Pricing Manager oversees the qualification and processing of all tenders across the full product portfolio, taking ownership of the end-to-end tender management process.

Responsibilities of this Tender & Pricing Manager role:

• Manage the end-to-end tender process across all products, ensuring opportunities are handled through the appropriate digital tender management system.
• Work closely with sales to qualify tender opportunities and coordinate timely submissions.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of tender proposals, data and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate pricing, operational requirements and contractual terms with sales and contract management.
• Support pre-tender meetings, negotiations, feedback discussions and tender award processes.
• Ensure smooth handovers to relevant teams and communicate key updates throughout the tender lifecycle.

To be successful in this Tender & Pricing Manager role:

• Having experience in tender, bid or contract management role.
• Excellent command of English, with an additional European language being an advantage.
• Experience using digital tender management tools is desirable.
• Proficiency in microsoft office applications, with strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
