Territory Manager

Job Title: Territory Manager (Colombia)

Location: Colombia (Remote)

Monthly Compensation: $3,000 - $3,500 USD

Job Description:

We are seeking a Territory Manager to develop and manage sales operations across Colombia, Chile, and Mexico. This field-based role is responsible for establishing a distributor network, supporting existing partners, and recruiting new distributors to expand our fall protection and PPE product line. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure brand consistency, and establish our brand as the preferred safety solutions provider in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales operations across the assigned territory (Colombia, Chile, and Mexico).
• Establish, support, and expand a network of distributors and partners.
• Recruit new distributors to increase market coverage and product availability.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure brand consistency and positioning across the region.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to headquarters.
• Train and support distributors on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in territory management, sales, or business development, preferably in safety equipment, PPE, or industrial products.
• Established network of distributors or contacts in the safety or industrial sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote territory.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Colombia, Chile, and Mexico.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fall protection or PPE product lines.
• Knowledge of the industrial safety market in LATAM.
• Experience managing multi-country territories.

Work Environment:

• Fully remote position based in Colombia.
• Field-based role with frequent travel within Colombia, Chile, and Mexico.
