About the Role As our Territory Manager based in our brand new New York headquarters, you'll assume P&L responsibility and be a key driver in scaling our operations across multiple states. You'll be at the forefront of introducing our groundbreaking solutions to dental practices and professionals, starting with our staffing marketplace. What You'll Do Account Management & Support: Nurture relationships with dental offices and dental professionals. Provide top-notch support to ensure we exceed expectations and retain users. P&L Ownership: Assume responsibility for the profitability of your assigned markets, balancing investment levers to grow the marketplace. Market Development: Lead strategic initiatives to expand our user base of dental offices and professionals, effectively growing our market footprint. Customer Insights & Feedback: Monitor market trends and competitive developments. Use customer feedback to refine our operations and maintain our market-leading position. Product Collaboration: Partner closely with our product team, using your market insights to drive innovation and shape the future of the dental industry. What You Bring to the Table Community Engagement and Support: You have tons of charisma and empathy, excelling at helping dental offices and professionals solve problems. You're a natural at relationship management and providing exceptional account management support. High Standards and Responsiveness: You set the bar high for yourself and your team, maintaining keen attention to detail and exceptional responsiveness. Operational Rigor: You can roll up your sleeves and dive deep into operations, building scalable processes that enable business growth. Analytical Prowess: You're capable of analyzing marketplace dynamics and financials to effectively manage the P&L and inform strategic decisions. Startup Savvy: Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is ideal. Knowledge of the dental industry is a plus, but not required.
