Territory Manager

Base Pay plus Commissions

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on developing strategic partnerships and growing market share? We're looking for a Territory Manager to lead distributor performance, drive demand generation, and accelerate profitable growth across an assigned region.

In this highly visible role, you will serve as the primary channel leader, partnering with distributors, contractors, end users, and internal teams to deliver revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and build long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow relationships with authorized distribution partners throughout the region.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans focused on revenue growth, market share, product mix, and profitability.
  • Train and support distributor sales teams through coaching, ride-alongs, and product education.
  • Manage strategic distributor and end-user accounts while building executive-level relationships.
  • Drive pull-through demand by working with contractors, architects, specifiers, and key influencers.
  • Track project pipelines and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Conduct business reviews, sales forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure regional success.
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience within the flooring industry or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Proven success managing distribution channels, strategic accounts, and indirect sales teams.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive business results.
  • Experience creating demand and converting specifications into sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
