Deliver consultative support with an emphasis on technical application, product fit, and performance optimization. Proactively resolve customer issues, maintain high responsiveness, and foster customer advocacy. Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities. Sales Strategy & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including engineering, customer service, and marketing to align efforts and execute strategic plans. Participate in special projects, promotions, and trade events to support business growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer activity records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot), including call notes, pipeline stages, and action items. Provide feedback to leadership and marketing based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights. Product & Industry Intelligence Stay sharp on CRC’s portfolio and how our components solve real-world challenges in fluid power and hydraulic systems.
