Territory Sales Manager
Remote - United States | Reports to: Country Manager – North America
About Life Scientific
At Life Scientific, we do things differently. Very differently. We make post-patent crop protection whose formulation is identical to the R&D originator’s, so growers get the performance they trust without the price they’ve come to accept. Backed by InVivo, Europe’s largest agricultural co-operative, we’re growing fast, and the US is central to that plan.
Same Formulation. Fairer Price.
The role
This is an individual-contributor role for an experienced crop protection seller. You’ll own a US territory [ideally based in the Midwest / Corn Belt]. You’ll grow distributor, co-op, and grower accounts and win new business. You set the territory plan and carry revenue and margin targets. The results are yours, and they’ll be visible.
What you’ll do
Deliver revenue and gross margin targets across your territory.
Grow existing distributor and co-op accounts, and open new ones.
Build a strong pipeline and take deals from first call to close.
Hold credible agronomic conversations on corn and soybeans, and position our products on performance, value, and local fit.
Support distributor training and field days.
Build relationships with land-grant universities and Extension so our products appear in local recommendations.
Share market intelligence with the US team, and work with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
What you’ll bring
Must have
[5+] years in crop protection or agribusiness sales, with a territory you’ve grown.
An established network of US distributors, co-ops, and growers.
Sound agronomic knowledge of corn and soybeans.
The discipline to run your own diary, plan, and pipeline.
Willingness to travel extensively across your territory.
Nice to have
Experience with wheat, potatoes, cotton, or specialty crops.
University or Extension relationships (Iowa State, Purdue, Illinois, Kansas State, Nebraska).
CCA certification.
Experience in a start-up or high-growth business.
What we offer
Competitive base salary, plus [bonus/commission].
Car allowance, health cover, 401(k)
A territory you can shape, and results that show directly in the business.
Quick decisions and a direct line to the Country Manager.
Room to grow as we expand across the US.
Inclusive hiring
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. What matters is expertise, drive, and the desire to do great work.
