Description Mississippi Delta Territory: MI, MO, OK, AR, LA Keiser is looking for driven, results-oriented sales leaders from diverse backgrounds to manage a designated sales territory with a $3 million annual revenue goal. This territory includes approximately five key market segments: sports performance, government/tactic, longevity and older adults, and medical and commercial sectors. Territory Managers will be challenged and empowered to: Handle sales within a given geography Consult, advise, and engage with customers to meet the needs of their business Develop innovative ways to improve business performance through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning Develop and utilize systems to track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and other business metrics Grow leadership capability through ongoing comprehensive training and high-impact experiences Confidently discuss options and close contracts Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads Keiser is growing and expanding across the nation. Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Network and look for opportunities for engagement to build a client base Participate in company-led events Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services that meet those needs Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems Provides periodic territory sales forecasts A flexible schedule Performs other duties as assigned DESIRED ATTRIBUTES A highly persuasive, self-disciplined & honest work ethic Strong work ethic, drive, and consistency with a strong understanding of direct sales and can drive to attain goals. Excellent communication skills both written and oral, with customers and Keiser staff Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to build sales plans and handle time effectively Ability to communicate ideas and concepts to influence business partners Collaborate well in a team environment and develop account relationships Utilize analytics to evaluate market opportunities and impact business performance Provide innovative & creative solutions to business challenges A customer-centric, friendly, and self-motivated attitude Strong dedication to individual growth and leadership development within a team atmosphere Background in health, wellness, and human performance is strongly preferred REQUIREMENTS A Bachelor’s Degree or meaningful sales experience A current, valid driver's license, a clean driving record Because Driving is required for the position, you must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years. Any DUI/DWI conviction in the last 3 years will be an immediate disqualifier for the position. You must be able to work full-time within the United States without sponsorship. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities Up to 10 pounds frequently; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds (seldom) COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS In addition to the opportunity to apply and develop your skills toward key business goals, we offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, including the following: Competitive salary with incentivizing commission and bonus structure Medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees, spouses, and eligible dependents Company vehicle for onsite demonstration use (Mercedes Sprinter Van) Work-life balance options, including potential flexible work hours Business laptop, cell phone, and internet reimbursement No cap on earnings Any offered salary is determined based on market data/ranges, the applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, and internal equity. Salary Range: $60,000 - $200,000. The total rewards package includes compensation, commission, bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates for positions with Keiser Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
