The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet the team:

Join Dexcom’s Benelux Team and help expand access to continuous glucose monitoring across the Netherlands. In this customer-facing role, you will work with healthcare professionals in primary and secondary care, combining territory leadership, education and consultative selling to support the appropriate recommendation and use of Dexcom products. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Training and other cross-functional colleagues to create sustainable growth and make a meaningful difference for people living with diabetes.

Where you come in:

  • You own the sales performance of your territory, delivering agreed targets and supporting sustainable growth in Dexcom market share.
  • You develop and execute focused territory and account plans based on customer needs, market dynamics, stakeholder insights and sales data.
  • You build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across primary and secondary care, including general practitioners, endocrinologists, diabetes nurses, nurse specialists and nurse practitioners.
  • You engage customers in individual and group settings to identify needs, clarify opportunities and demonstrate how approved Dexcom products and services can support them and their patients.
  • You provide high-quality product training, education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals and, where required, patients through virtual and in-person channels.
  • You maintain strong knowledge of diabetes, Dexcom products and services, healthcare developments, regulations and competitor activity, and translate these insights into effective territory actions.
  • You use the Dexcom sales process, approved selling tools and CRM consistently, completing call reporting, expenses and other required administration accurately and on time.
  • You collaborate across the Dexcom team, uphold Health Care Business Integrity and regulatory requirements, and follow all relevant company, health and safety, and Safe Fleet policies.

What makes you successful:

  • You have a proven record of successful selling and target achievement within a healthcare environment, ideally across primary and/or secondary care.
  • You are a natural networker, relationship builder and connector who can engage credibly with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders.
  • You bring strong commercial judgement and can analyse, organise and interpret data to identify opportunities and manage a territory effectively.
  • You are entrepreneurial, independent and creative, with a practical can-do mindset and the discipline to turn plans into results.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in both Dutch and English, in writing and when presenting to groups.
  • You work effectively on your own and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • You have an affinity with diabetes care; direct experience in diabetes and knowledge of continuous glucose monitoring are advantageous.

What you’ll get:

  • A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Learn about our brave #dexcomwarriors community.
  • A full and comprehensive benefits program.
  • Growth opportunities on a global scale.
  • Access to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursement.
  • An exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
