Location: Bellville, Cape Town (Hybrid) - 4 Days in Office

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions across its platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating system functionality, ensuring business requirements are met, and maintaining production stability through structured testing practices

You will work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Operations teams across core health administration systems, digital platforms, and integrated services

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business and functional requirements to define test scope and strategy
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned to project deliverables
• Execute automated testing across multiple environment
• Functional Testing
• System Integration Testing (SIT)User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support Regression Testing
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Validate data accuracy across healthcare and policy administration systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and data governance standard
• Produce test completion reports and quality metrics
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and frameworks

Required Experience

• 3–5+ years’ experience as a Test Analyst / QA Analyst
• Proven exposure to full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience supporting UAT with business stakeholders
• Solid defect management experience

Qualification

• Relevant IT Degree / Diploma or Certification

• Additional QA / Automation certifications advantageous
