What You’ll Do

• Define testing strategies and lead enterprise-scale test execution from requirements through to release.
• Assess risks and evaluate business-critical impacts across policy administration, claims, and pensions systems.
• Establish robust test environments using SQL and lead defect resolution to ensure seamless delivery.
• Drive engagement across BAs, Developers, and delivery teams to achieve operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within the insurance sector.
• Life 400/ AS400, IBM Mainframe experience
• Deep domain knowledge across Life Insurance, Pensions, Policy Administration, or Claims.
• Strong SQL skills and sharp analytical problem-solving capabilities.
