Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.

Within our Financial Services pole in KLx, which brings together more than 100 professionals, you will join the Testing team, contributing to the quality and reliability of business-critical applications within Crédit Agricole Group.

We’re looking for a Test Lead who will play a key role in defining and coordinating testing activities, ensuring application reliability and quality throughout the delivery lifecycle. Working closely with the Test Manager, development teams and project stakeholders, you will lead testing campaigns and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices.

The Test Lead is responsible for:

• Defining and documenting the test strategy in collaboration with the Test Manager;
• Estimating testing workload and designing, executing and monitoring test plans and campaigns;
• Identifying, documenting and tracking defects, regressions and incidents throughout the testing lifecycle;
• Coordinating End-to-End test campaigns across different applications and stakeholders;
• Ensuring the validation of interfaces, APIs, batch processes, mass processing and inter-application exchanges;
• Assessing test coverage, identifying quality risks and ensuring the availability of appropriate test data;
• Producing clear test reports and communicating results to development teams and relevant stakeholders;
• Contributing to test automation and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting project teams.

About you

• Experience in software testing, Quality Assurance, Test Lead or similar roles;
• Strong experience in test strategy, test planning, execution, defect management and End-to-End testing;
• Hands-on experience with testing and collaboration tools such as Jira, Squash and XSquash;
• Good technical understanding of SQL, APIs, Postman, batch processing and test automation;
• Knowledge of Python, Robot Framework, Cucumber, Jenkins/CI and Confluence is valued;
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in Agile environments;
• ISTQB certification or equivalent testing knowledge is valued;
• Fluent in French and English.
