About Your New Job

• Orchestrating simultaneous Finance and cross-functional UAT testing efforts.
• Developing comprehensive, cross-functional UAT strategies based on project requirements.
• Preparing test plans, scenarios, schedules and supporting documentation.
• Managing and coordinating test resources throughout UAT planning and execution.
• Leading test execution, monitoring progress and providing clear status reports.
• Collaborating with multiple UAT partner teams to ensure effective coordination and alignment.
• Identifying key issues, driving accountability and ensuring timely resolution.
• Keeping project stakeholders informed of progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Providing input into UAT management processes and helping align them with industry best practices.
• Taking ownership and providing clear, goal-oriented direction in situations involving ambiguity or changing priorities.

What Skills You Need in this job

• Proven experience leading UAT or software testing activities across complex Finance or cross-functional projects.
• Strong experience in test planning, test execution, reporting and testing documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple testing activities and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple partner teams.
• A hands-on and technically confident approach, with strong attention to detail and a focus on execution quality.
• The ability to lead teams, drive progress and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on Offer in this job

• Annual Salary up to €80,000
• Hybrid Work Environment, 3 days on-site per week
• 11.5 Month Contract
