We are currently searching for a Test Lead Manual (SQL): Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all QA activities across the STLC, including requirement analysis, test planning, design, execution, and closure. Develop and maintain detailed test plans and scripts specifically focused on backend database validation and integration . Perform advanced backend testing scenarios , including data integrity, stored procedures, triggers, and database performance. Execute rigorous SQL query testing to ensure precise data handling across various platforms. Lead the end-to-end QA process for complex web applications using exploratory, functional, and regression testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, Product, Ops) to identify, analyze, and resolve defects effectively. Monitor and report quality metrics and project status to key stakeholders. Implement and enforce QA best practices and organizational standards. Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a focus on backend and database validation. Expertise in writing and executing complex SQL queries (Oracle, MySQL, and/or SQL Server). Strong knowledge of STLC principles and methodologies. Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems. Proven ability to test backend components , including stored procedures and triggers. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills . Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Fully remote.
