Our office is located in a dynamic workspace in the heart of Cau Giay Hanoi.

Job description
· · Read and analyse client briefs, specifications, user stories and designs (e.g. Figma) in English, and raise questions or gaps early.
· Create test plans, test cases, checklists and test data for client projects, and review test cases written by team members.
· Perform manual functional, UI, regression and smoke testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for websites, web/mobile apps and workflows.
· Test WordPress websites, including themes, page builders, plugins, forms, WooCommerce/checkout flows, and regression after core, theme or plugin updates.
· Test mobile apps on real iOS and Android devices (including TestFlight / internal test builds), covering installation, navigation, push notifications, and different screen sizes and OS versions.
· Test business workflows and integrations end-to-end, such as form-to-CRM, email notifications, payment gateways, scheduled jobs, third-party APIs and automation platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n).
· Perform cross-browser, cross-device and responsive testing (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge; desktop, tablet and mobile).
· Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools, and verify data in the database (MySQL/MariaDB) using basic SQL queries.
· Carry out basic non-functional checks: page speed (PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse), accessibility, broken links, basic SEO (meta tags, redirects) and basic security (permissions, form input handling).
· Run smoke tests on staging and production environments after each release or deployment.
· Log bugs in JIRA with clear steps to reproduce, screenshots/screen recordings and environment details; assess severity and priority, and track each bug through to verification and closure.
· Work closely with developers, project managers and designers to clarify requirements, reproduce issues and analyse root causes to help prevent recurring defects.
· Use AI tools to support test case design, test data generation and reporting.
· Submit daily work and test reports.
· Contribute to improving QA processes, templates and checklists across projects.
· Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications, ideally in an agency or outsourcing environment.

- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, exploratory, cross-browser and responsive testing.
- Experience testing mobile apps on both iOS and Android (real devices and emulators/simulators).
- Experience testing APIs with Postman or a similar tool, and writing basic SQL queries to verify data.
- Proficiency with JIRA or a similar bug tracking tool.
- Good English reading and writing skills to understand specifications and write clear test cases and bug reports.
- Strong attention to detail, good organisation, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
