Be a Psychologist… not a secretary, accountant, proofreader, insurance coordinator. You do the clinical work; we do the rest! In solo practice or in group practice but without support and tired of doing it all? Working in corporate or government and tired of having to get committee approval to do anything? Insight is just the right size: big enough for benefits, small enough for a personalized touch.
Position: Testing Psychologist; must be NC licensed
Location: Charlotte, NC (Ballantyne) OR Concord/Cabarrus (Hybrid Schedule – weekly 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $91,000-145,000+ based on full-time report quotas. Part-time staff positions also available.
**Plus more than $20,000 annually in employer-paid benefits and practice support beyond salary.
Additional Benefits:
· BCBS Health insurance (50% covered by the company for the employee)
· 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar match (up to 3%) and 50% match for 4-5%
· 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, 2 sick days (that’s 22+ paid PTO a year!)
· Employer-funded short-term disability (can be used for maternity leave)
· Employer-funded professional liability insurance
· Employer-funded worker’s compensation insurance
· Paid bereavement leave
· Performance-based bonuses
· Hybrid work schedule (office-based testing and remote report writing)
· Weekly testing consultation group
· Quarterly staff appreciation events
· Ample parking and office space in Ballantyne with scenic views
Role Responsibilities:

· Report Writing: Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports based on assessment results. Templates will be provided.
Ideal Candidate:
· Licensure: Licensed Psychologist (LP) in North Carolina
· Experience: Prior experience in assessment (preferably with Autism and ADHD testing), but the team is also open to training conscientious candidates willing to learn.
· Skills: Attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and work both collaboratively and independently.
