We are looking for a sharp, self-driven TikTok Media Buying Manager to take full ownership of our TikTok traffic acquisition. In this role, you won't just click buttons in Ads Manager—you will act as the architect of your own funnels. You will be responsible for building full-cycle conversion flows from scratch, navigating strict moderation, and leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-converting video creatives. Key Responsibilities: Traffic & Funnel Management: Manage end-to-end TikTok traffic acquisition, including account setup (creation/acquisition), cloaking configurations, tracking integration, and final conversion flows. Creative Production: Own the video creative lifecycle—conceptualize, script, and produce/generate high-converting short-form video assets using AI tools, UGC, or editing software. Optimization & Scaling: Continuously analyze performance data, run in-app traffic testing, and optimize campaigns/funnels to meet strict ROI and growth KPIs. Creative Strategy: Actively research, test, and scale high-performing creative angles, hooks, and industry best practices. Retargeting: Launch and manage sophisticated retargeting campaigns where applicable to maximize funnel efficiency. Technical & Hard Skills Tracking & Traffic Distribution: Expert knowledge of Keitaro TDS (advanced campaign setup, postback integration, traffic distribution rules, and split-testing). Cloaking & Moderation Bypass: Proven experience configuring and managing cloaking solutions to successfully navigate strict moderation filters. App & PWA Integration: Hands-on experience working with Mobile Apps (WebView) and PWA funnels (setting up attribution, deep links, naming/tag passes, and campaign optimization). AI Video Generation: Proficiency with next-gen AI video creation tools ( Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, etc. ) for rapid asset generation, scaling creative concepts, and script visualization. Design & UI/UX Basics: Confident use of Figma for editing pre-landers, adapting landing page layouts, and storyboarding/preparing assets for video ads. Soft Skills Adaptability & Agility: Ability to pivot instantly in a rapidly changing environment (algorithm updates, policy shifts, or unexpected performance drops) and quickly find alternative angles. Stress Resilience & Emotional Control: Maintaining a data-driven, analytical mindset during high-pressure situations (e.g., mass account bans, budget scaling stress, or creative fatigue). High Autonomy & Proactivity: A true self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding. You can independently diagnose pipeline bottlenecks, research workarounds, and execute solutions. Extreme Ownership: Deep accountability for overall performance, ROI, and budget spending. You focus on actual business metrics rather than "hours worked" or vanity KPIs. Nice-to-Have (Desired Experience) Niche Vertical: Proven track record in the Gambling / iGaming / Betting verticals. GEO Expertise: Successful experience running traffic in Ukraine is a massive advantage (understanding local insights, popular brands, payment specifics, and the "reg-to-dep" funnel behavior).
