About Kitsch

Kitsch is a certified minority-owned global beauty brand. We make essentials that make you feel exceptional, and you’ll find our products in 32,000+ retailers across 92 countries. We’re warm, real, and we care about getting the details right.

The Role

We’re hiring a TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Community Manager to own two things: our Euka platform (where we manage and activate creators at scale) and our Discord community (where creators grow and improve). You’ll help creators make content that actually sells, and you’ll build the systems that keep that engine running. This is a remote role, ideally based in the US, with hours aligned to early US Pacific Time and some UK afternoon overlap. Open to any level of seniority, as long as you bring real hands-on experience with both platforms.

  • Location: Remote (US-based)
  • Work Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: TBD

What You’ll Do

  • Own Euka end to end: CRM, segments, automations, and creator activation.
  • Review creator videos in Discord and give specific, useful feedback that helps them improve.
  • Build and grow an active, organised Discord community, with full ownership over time.
  • Plan and run affiliate contests tied to our product launches and campaigns.
  • Manage our retainer and ambassador programmes, start to finish.
  • Connect the dots between Euka data and Discord conversations, so both work together.
  • Run coaching calls with creators and follow up on what you agree.
  • Track what’s working and use that to keep improving.

What You Bring

  • Hands-on experience using Euka specifically as an affiliate CRM / creator management platform.
  • Hands-on experience managing or growing a community on Discord specifically.
  • You can watch a creator’s video and give feedback that’s specific and genuinely useful, not just “good job” or “needs work.”
  • A self-starter mindset. You spot what needs doing and do it.
  • You naturally connect data and relationships instead of treating them as separate jobs.
  • You can work hours aligned with early US Pacific Time, with some UK afternoon overlap.

Nice to have: experience running affiliate contests, retainer programmes, or ambassador programmes.
