Role Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive TikTok Shop Affiliate & Admin Assistant to support daily affiliate operations for Pawfy US.

This entry-level role will focus on creator outreach, sample management, affiliate communication, relationship building, community engagement, and administrative support to help maintain and grow our creator network.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and invite new creators through TikTok Shop affiliate tools.

- Review and approve daily sample requests and incoming affiliate applications based on established criteria.

- Manage daily affiliate messages, answering questions about products, samples, commissions, and promotions.

- Follow up with creators on sample deliveries and encourage content posting.

- Assist with creator onboarding, announcements, and engagement within our private community.

- Support ongoing creator relationship management, including affiliate engagement, retention, and reactivation.

- Provide general administrative support across Pawfy US.

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop or administrative support.

- Familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms.

- Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage high-volume tasks and multiple priorities.

Preferred but Not Required

- Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center or Affiliate Center.

- Familiarity with Discord, or creator management tools.
