Role Overview

As our TikTok Shop Live Host, you’ll be the on-camera voice of Solaurae. You’ll host engaging live sessions that educate, entertain, and convert viewers into customers — all while sharing the brand’s story, culture, and skincare rituals in a way that feels natural and fun.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to plan live topics, develop creative approaches, and continuously improve performance through feedback and analytics.

Role Overview

• Host TikTok Shop Live sessions on Solaurae’s official account (weekday evenings)

• Present and demo our products, starting with the African Sponge and Halo Bar Soaps

• Engage with viewers in real time — answer questions, build trust, and drive sales

• Share brand messaging and product benefits with accuracy and enthusiasm

• Review live metrics and provide weekly insights to help refine strategy

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience as a TikTok live host or similar role

• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and live streaming best practices

• Excellent communication and presentation skills on camera

• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and self-care

• Comfortable selling and storytelling in real time

• Reliable setup: strong internet, good lighting, and quiet filming space

• Available for evening shifts (6 PM - 10 Pm EST)

This is an independent contractor (1099) position. The Live Host will not be classified as an employee of Solaurae and will be responsible for their own taxes and reporting.
