At Schneider Electric, our interns don't just observe; they contribute, create, and grow. As a Titan Transformation Marketing & Communications Intern, you'll work on real-world projects that support business transformation initiatives while building valuable skills and professional connections across North America.

Location: Nashville, TN or Chicago, IL
Work Model: Hybrid
Schedule: 40 hours per week during the summer, with the opportunity to continue through the fall semester at 17.5 hours per week

What will you do?

  • Develop a variety of marketing and communication assets to support campaigns and internal initiatives, including digital graphics, presentations, video content, written communications, and promotional materials.
  • Create engaging content that helps communicate key transformation initiatives and business priorities to diverse audiences.
  • Share stories, announcements, and updates across multiple internal communication channels, including Viva Engage, Teams, Spice+, and the Schneider Electric News App.
  • Support employee engagement efforts by creating communications that foster connection and community across the Titan Transformation organization.
  • Serve as a steward of Schneider Electric's brand by helping ensure communications align with established visual and messaging standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on projects that bring transformation strategies and communication plans to life.

What qualifications will make you successful?

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Passion for storytelling, content creation, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, curious, and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and communication strategies.
  • Experience or interest in creating and editing video content is preferred.
  • Understanding of social media and digital engagement best practices.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and develop thoughtful, original content.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Who will you work with?

You'll report to the Director of Business Transformation and Communications Lead and collaborate closely with team members across the Titan Transformation organization. You'll also have opportunities to connect with fellow interns throughout North America through networking events, learning sessions, and community-building activities.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD $23.00 - $27.50 per hour. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
