What You'll Do

• Review title documents and property records for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve title-related issues that may impact loan processing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clear title conditions and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure property reports and supporting documents are accurate and current

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of title-related experience in the mortgage, real estate, or property industry
• Experience reviewing title reports, title documents, or property records
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
