Title Curative Specialist I Job Description The Title Curative Specialist is responsible for title claims in New York, New Jersey & Florida. In addition, they are responsible for reviewing the issue and notifying the client on the various client systems. Based on the client, the specialist will either file the title claim or monitor the progress of the claim via the various client systems. They will work with underwriters and title counsel until resolution of the title issue. The specialist is responsible for keeping FW and client systems updated and current. Qualifications Experience with Florida e‑filing platforms (e‑Portal, Simplifile, PACER, SCRA websites) is preferred. Familiarity with foreclosure compliance procedures is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline‑driven environment.
