Remote Real Estate Title Processor (Latin America)

We are expanding our operations and looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Title Processor to manage files through the full transaction lifecycle.

Job Details

• Role: Remote Real Estate Title Processor
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in Latin America)
• Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / EDT
• Compensation: $6.00 USD / hour

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Oversee title files from order opening to closing and post-closing document recording.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate daily via phone and email with attorneys, lenders, buyers, sellers, and third-party vendors.
• Title & Deed Processing: Review title commitments, assist with title examination, address title defects, and prepare required closing/deed documentation.
• Milestone Tracking: Clear issues prior to closing, eliminate process bottlenecks, and meet strict closing deadlines.
• System Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date documentation and transaction records in title management software.

Requirements

• English Proficiency: Advanced written and spoken English skills (ability to confidently converse over the phone with US-based legal and real estate professionals).
• Experience: 1–3+ years of direct experience in real estate title processing, title examination, deed processing, closing coordination, or escrow support.
• Setup: Reliable home office setup, stable internet, and availability during US Eastern business hours.

Preferred Skills (Huge Plus!):

• Experience in New York (NYS) or New Jersey (NJ) title processing.
• Hands-on experience with TrackerPro software.
• (Note: We will provide training on NY/NJ laws and TrackerPro for candidates with strong foundational title/deeds experience!)
