Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Founding Engineer in Fullstack Development, with a focus on ZoomApp integration. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software systems, building both front-end and back-end components, and integrating third-party platforms such as Zoom. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal system performance, and contributing to a fast-paced start-up environment with innovation and problem-solving. Qualifications Proficiency in fullstack development and expertise in modern programming languages/frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js) Experience with ZoomApps (must-have) Experience with API development Strong skills in system design, database management, and performance optimization Ability to build and maintain scalable, user-friendly, and responsive web applications Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a start-up environment Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Prior experience in health-tech or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience Tech Stack (Flexible but Current Direction) Frontend: React / TypeScript / Zoom Apps SDK Backend: Python (FastAPI) / Node.js Vision / ML: OpenCV, MediaPipe, PyTorch / TensorFlow Signal Processing: SciPy, NumPy Hosting: AWS / GCP Version Control: GitHub Design/Docs: Figma / Notion You will influence and evolve this stack.
