A leading, nationally recognized title and settlement services firm with an office in Melville, NY, is rapidly expanding its operations team. We are seeking experienced Title Insurance Professionals for multiple immediate openings across several key departments, including Title Reading, Recording, and Closing Support.

Open Roles Include

• Title Readers / Examiners: Reviewing title searches, municipal searches, surveys, and commitments; clearing title issues and preparing title reports.

• Closing Coordinators / Escrow Specialists: Coordinating residential/commercial closings, preparing HUD-1/Closing Disclosures, balancing files, and clearing closing conditions.

• Recording Specialists: Preparing, submitting, and tracking real estate documents for recording across county platforms; resolving document rejections.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1–5+ years of hands-on experience within the Title Insurance or Settlement Services industry.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with industry title production software (e.g., ResWare, SoftPro, Qualia, or similar platforms).

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of NY title clearance, recording requirements, and real estate document preparation.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive files.
