About the Job

The Title IV Compliance Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the integrity and effectiveness of Christ-centered higher education by ensuring institutional adherence to academic and federal compliance standards, including requirements under 34 CFR § 668.22 (Treatment of Title IV Funds When a Student Withdraws) and the Higher Learning Commission's Federal Compliance Requirements. The Compliance Administrator leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes related to FW grade reporting, faculty training and accountability, and financial aid compliance, exercising independent judgment and discretion in the resolution of compliance matters of institutional significance. This position is fully remote and reports to the Director of Faculty Development.

With a strong focus on training and communication, the Title IV Compliance Administrator is responsible for the design and delivery of faculty training, creating targeted communications, and ensures consistent application of university policies. The role serves as a key liaison across departments – including Financial Aid, Registrar, and academic leadership – to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting practices.

Leveraging advanced technical proficiency in enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Brightspace, Colleague, Oracle) and emerging AI tools, the Title IV Compliance Administrator drives process innovation, automation, and data-informed decision-making. The position also produces executive-level reports and insights to support Deans and senior leadership, contributing to faculty performance management and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence, particularly when addressing sensitive faculty matters and compliance concerns, while maintaining alignment with the University's mission to deliver transformative, Christ-centered education.
