Responsibilities Conduct thorough title searches using various online platforms Verify and analyze property records and legal documents Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information Prepare detailed reports on title findings Assist in resolving title discrepancies Maintain accurate records of searches and findings Stay updated on state-specific title laws and regulations Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the process Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus 0-4 years of experience in title search or related areas Familiarity with platforms such as Data Trace, Netro-online, and Title Point Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using computers and online research tools Knowledge of title search processes and regulations in CA and AZ is preferred
