Tokenization Program Manager (f/m/x)
Sii PolandWe are looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager to deal with implementation programs related to card tokenization for financial institutions and technology partners. In this role, you will focus on the implementation and development od token solutions, enabling secure digital payments through wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. This is a remote position, allowing you to work flexibly while contributing to impactful projects in the digital payments sector.

- Leading implementation projects related to card tokenization
- Coordinating collaboration between banks, card processing providers, and technology partners
- Managing the full project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment
- Supporting banks in launching Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other tokenization-based solutions
- Monitoring compliance with requirements, payment regulations, and security standards
- Managing project risks, schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders
- Analyzing digital wallet adoption metrics and recommending optimization actions
- Collaborating with product, technical, operational, and security teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electronic payments or banking sector
- Deep expertise in card tokenization, Visa Token Service, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- Practical experience in managing IT projects/programs and working with multiple stakeholders on both business and technical levels
- Strong knowledge of payment security standards such as EMV, PCI DSS, and 3D Secure
- Fluent Polish
- Advanced level of English
- Experience with backend technologies
