Recruitment Background

The company's engineering organization has expanded to approximately 30 developers (20 in Japan and 10 at the offshore base in Vietnam). They are currently in an aggressive hiring and expansion phase, with development being conducted at the main offices in Osaka and Tokyo, as well as the offshore site in Vietnam.

The upcoming development phase involves major technical challenges aimed at service expansion, including:

・Product development in the field of BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) x AI for marketing.

・Redesigning and automating CI/CD and improving quality through test automation.

・Standardizing and accelerating the release flow.

・Boosting engineering organizational productivity (e.g., implementing Four Keys metrics).

・Mentoring and providing technical leadership to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-difficulty features and handling a wide scope of the development process.

The company is currently driving the evolution of its existing products into AI Agents for marketing measures in the domain of "Web Marketing x BPaaS x AI."

Your role will involve making decisions on architecture design and technology selection, and you will manage the technical growth of team members through code reviews in collaboration with management. You will also formulate technical strategies, including managing technical debt and optimizing scalability and performance. Ultimately, you will boost product quality and team productivity through design, implementation, code review, and the resolution of technical debt.

The company utilizes Scrum as its development methodology. You will be responsible for the following core areas:

1. Product Requirements and Design

・Organizing product requests and requirements.

・Creating development tickets.

・Conducting and participating in design reviews.

・Conducting source code reviews.

2. Project Management

You will plan and execute the entire project lifecycle, from initial feature requests to final release.

・Formulating the project development schedule.

・Planning the release strategy.

・Managing and reporting on project progress.

・Identifying issues and proposing solutions to resolve them.

■Required

Practical development experience using the listed technologies

・Experience designing, developing, and operating web applications (Web APIs) using any of the following: Java, Go, TypeScript, C#, PHP, Rust, Python

・Infrastructure: Experience developing web systems on any of the following environments: AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Linux/Unix

・Experience defining development requirements, decomposing them into manageable units, and planning/executing development

・Ability to select and apply appropriate infrastructure, languages, or frameworks based on technical or business challenges, regardless of specific language, or willingness to proactively learn and tackle challenges to achieve this

・Team development experience

■Preferred

・Practical experience in designing, developing, and operating batch processing for data aggregation

・Experience designing and building infrastructure architecture

・Experience building and operating infrastructure using IaC (Terraform / Pulumi)

・Experience designing and developing using Domain-Driven Design or Clean Architecture
