We are developing "Bring Out," an AI SaaS platform for analyzing conversation data. By analyzing conversations that often remain "black boxes"—such as sales meetings, internal discussions, and frontline service interactions—and extracting key information, we help client companies and their employees boost productivity.

Our solution is already utilized across diverse sectors—including IT, HR, M&A, real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare—and supports a wide range of functions such as sales, product development, R&D, finance, and human resources. We primarily serve enterprise-level clients, meeting rigorous demands for high security, availability, and flexible data integration.

Our technical foundation is built by a development team comprising engineers from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and X (Twitter)—including several individuals with prior CTO experience—alongside an AI team featuring talent from Google, IBM, and Preferred Networks. With the evolution of LLMs, we can now transform previously invisible frontline tacit knowledge and customer insights into structured data; we are taking on the challenge of creating a new management model for the AI era, originating from Japan.

【Job description】

・Integrate Bring Out’s conversational analysis AI into client system infrastructures (CRM, SFA, voice analysis, ERP, etc.)

・Design architectures for new use cases by combining API integration with technologies such as LLMs, RAG, and speech recognition

・Optimize and generalize analysis pipelines capable of processing complex, unstructured data

・Develop rapid PoCs and MVPs based on specific client challenges

・Integrate LLMs and validate performance using various models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI)

・Technically validate new conversational analysis use cases and establish reusable frameworks

・Collaborate with BizDev, AI, and backend teams to translate field implementation insights into core design principles

・Identify technical risks and design reproducible development processes

・Drive technical standardization and the creation of common modules to enhance product scalability

【Core Requirements】

[Must Requirements]

・Fluent-level Japanese proficiency

・5 or more years of software development experience, or 2 or more years of practical AI/ML experience (OSS contributions and the like also acceptable)

・Experience in product development as part of a team (toB, toC, or contract development — any is fine)

・Proficient use of Python or TypeScript (at production code level)

・Experience in development and operations in a cloud environment (any of AWS, Azure, or GCP)

・Basic knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and RAG systems

・Experience building production-grade AI systems

[Preferred requirements]

・Experience analyzing and structuring unstructured data such as sales meeting or conversation data

・Experience developing generative AI features in SaaS or PoC projects

・Experience making decisions as an architecture designer or technical leader

・Practical experience in rapid prototyping and improving user flows

・Practical experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, etc.)

・Implementation experience in LLM application development (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)

・Experience with OSS contributions, technical communication/outreach, or as a tech lead

【Condition】

- Salary: 5 to 20 million yen（Terms and conditions will be considered flexibly based on the candidate’s background and skills.）

- Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays) plus national holidays

- 10 days of paid leave per year

- Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3)

- Special leave for celebratory or condolence events

Employment Status: Full-time employee (permanent position with no fixed contract term)

Work Schedule

- Flextime system

Start time: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM

End time: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Core time: 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Working hours: 160 hours/month + up to 40 hours of deemed overtime. *In practice, many employees work roughly from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM due to team meetings and similar commitments; as many employees have preschool-aged children, few work during the evening hours.

Probationary Period: 3 months starting from the date of hire.
