Show job description
As Total Rewards Partner for the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, you will connect global Total Rewards expertise with P&O and business stakeholders across Benelux, as part of the wider Western Europe & Africa bundle. Your role is to ensure that Total Rewards solutions are understood in their country and business context and contribute to meaningful outcomes across the markets you support.

You will operate within a clear partnership model: Total Rewards teams own the solutions and functional governance, Country P&O owns local deployment, and you own the connection and contextualisation between them. This puts you in a key position to make sense of complex Reward topics, bring together the right expertise and influence how global thinking translates into country impact.

The role is part of a co-partnering model across Western Europe & Africa. You will be the primary Total Rewards Partner for Benelux while providing secondary coverage for another market, with a fellow Partner providing continuity for Benelux. This creates broader market exposure, shared knowledge and stronger collaboration across the bundle.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Drive the adoption and impact of Total Rewards solutions across compensation, benefits, incentives, recognition, pay equity, pay transparency, job architecture and salary structures.
  • Act as the key Total Rewards connection for Benelux. Partner with Country P&O Heads, People Partners and business stakeholders to understand local business and Reward priorities and provide clear, practical advice on Total Rewards topics.
  • Bring together the right Total Rewards expertise by working with global expert teams, Country P&O, Global Business Services (GBS) and relevant cross-functional partners around country and business needs.
  • Put the “global, unless” principle into practice by using global approaches as the starting point and identifying evidence-based legal, regulatory, collective or business requirements that call for local adaptation.
  • Influence the Total Rewards agenda through country and market insight by bringing stakeholder feedback, external developments and local perspectives into regional and global discussions to inform priorities, standards and continuous improvement.
  • Create clarity and readiness across the Total Rewards landscape by maintaining an integrated view of key developments, risks, decisions and business impact across the countries you support, and supporting readiness for key annual Reward cycles.
  • Use data, external insights and AI-enabled ways of working to support better decision-making, transparency and productivity across the Total Rewards agenda and the Western Europe & Africa team.

Your Experience And Capabilities

  • Strong senior experience in Total Rewards or reward-partnering in Europe, with good breadth across total reward topics and experience with European works councils / unions.
  • Ability to translate complex global frameworks into simple, market-relevant actions.
  • Credible consulting and influencing skills with senior P&O and business stakeholders, including the ability to navigate complex topics.
  • Commercial judgement, analytical capability and confidence using data to shape recommendations.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a bolder, simpler, faster mindset.
  • Experience working across countries, cultures and matrixed international teams.
  • Excellent English language skills. Dutch and French are strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the assigned countries as required.

We offer you

A high impact role within Total Rewards expert EMEA team.

  • A parttime (minimum of 32 hours) or fulltime (40 hours) position with a competitive employment package with flexible benefits.
  • A hybrid working model. Flexibility in working hours and on site presence based on individual circumstances and company requirements.
  • Diverse and inclusive culture based on trust and responsibility.
  • Strong opportunities for professional development, internal mobility and collaboration across regional and global teams.
