At TVH, our people are at the core of our global success. We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Total Rewards Specialist to join our Global People Operations team. Reporting directly to the Total Rewards Manager, you will serve as the senior subject matter expert and operational backbone for compensation, benefits, and recognition programs across our EMEA region.

In this role, you will bridge global total rewards strategies with local market execution across our key European, Middle Eastern, and African territories. You will ensure that our compensation structures, health and welfare benefits, and employee recognition initiatives remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with TVH’s company culture. We are looking for a true builder with a strong regional footprint who proactively takes ownership, drives the digitalization of Comp & Ben, and leverages modern tools to optimize processes while keeping deep functional domain expertise at the heart of everything you do.

Your Responsibilities

Regional Compensation, Benefits & Vendor Administration:

  • Benchmark regional compensation and benefits packages against market data across our EMEA country portfolio to maintain a strong competitive advantage.
  • Drive and manage annual salary reviews, merit increments, short-term incentive plans (STI), and bonus allocations across regional entities.
  • Lead job evaluation and grading using standardized methodologies to ensure regional pay equity, clear job architectures, and market competitiveness.
  • Monitor vendor performance (benefits providers, insurers, payroll suppliers) across local markets to ensure strict adherence to SLA requirements, local legislation, and statutory requirements.

Data Analytics, Financial Modeling & Business Insights

  • Design and build dynamic rewards dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track market positioning, pay equity gaps, turnover impact, flight risks, and core compensation metrics.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast total rewards costs, budget requirements, gender pay gaps, and pay-for-performance alignment.
  • Clean, structure, and maintain large datasets across multiple regional human resources information systems (HRIS), ensuring high data integrity across analytical platforms.

Digitalization, Process Automation & Practical AI Adoption

  • Act as an entrepreneurial driver in digitalizing and streamlining Comp & Ben workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to automate manual data transfers and validation routines.
  • Apply an AI-minded approach (including setting up AI agents, generative AI, and automation tools) to support day-to-day efficiency—such as automating market data matching, contract reviews, and report generation.
  • Utilize AI-driven job evaluation and market-matching tools to increase precision and speed in job grading, market pricing, and predictive retention insights.

Regional Governance, Stakeholder Advisory & Hands-on Ownership

  • Track and interpret changing labor laws, statutory benefit updates, tax regulations, and data privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR) across your assigned EMEA operating markets while auditing internal equity and policy adherence.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain Total Rewards policies and frameworks across regional business units while incorporating necessary local statutory adaptations.
  • Partner with local HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Leadership, and Talent Acquisition teams as a trusted advisor to resolve complex offer packages and deliver clear, data-informed rewards communications.

Your Profile

  • High-End Domain & EMEA Market Expertise: At least 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards within a multinational corporate environment, backed by proven operational expertise across diverse EMEA markets.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset & Drive: A true self-starter and builder who takes full ownership of the Comp & Ben narrative, loves shaping new processes from scratch, and proactively drives digitalization with a 'get-things-done' attitude.
  • Deep Analytical & Systems Skillset: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, statistical/financial modeling, and hands-on experience with HR analytical/BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday preferred).
  • AI-Minded & Pragmatic Automator: Open-minded toward new technology with a practical drive to adopt AI tools, automate routine tasks, and set up simple AI agents to support and amplify your core functional expertise.
  • Regional Governance & Senior Advisory: Deep understanding of statutory benefits, labor laws, and pay equity frameworks across European and emerging EMEA jurisdictions, combined with excellent English communication skills to advise senior leadership persuasively.
