Base Salary: £3,000+ per month


Job Overview

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Tourism Coordinator to support tourism programmes, travel initiatives, destination activities, and related projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tourism programmes, projects, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with planning tourism events and destination initiatives.
  • Communicate with tourism partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain schedules, records, bookings, and project documentation.
  • Support tourism marketing campaigns.
  • Research tourism trends and visitor preferences.
  • Prepare reports and administrative documents.
  • Assist with meetings, events, and tourism activities.
  • Respond to enquiries and provide professional support.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Requirements
  • Interest in tourism, travel, hospitality, or marketing.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous tourism or travel experience is beneficial but not essential.
