Role Description The Tourism Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for designing and coordinating customized travel itineraries for individual and group clients. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand travel preferences, proposing suitable destinations and activities, and arranging accommodations, transportation, and guided experiences. The role involves managing bookings, resolving customer inquiries, and providing proactive trip support to ensure a smooth travel experience. The Tourism Specialist also collaborates with partners and suppliers, supports sales and marketing initiatives, and maintains accurate records of all travel arrangements and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients, partners, and team members.
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism, including destinations, cultural practices, and itinerary planning, with familiarity with Saudi Arabia considered an advantage.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and provide professional support before, during, and after trips.
• Sales and Marketing skills to promote travel packages, convert leads, and support destination marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and use digital tools for collaboration and booking.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple itineraries, vendor relationships, and documentation accurately.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to address last-minute changes, travel disruptions, and client needs.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel agencies preferred; relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
