Job Description:

This is a durational based role that will last 13 months and is located in New Brunswick, NJ or Raritan, NJ. We are looking for the best possible talent for a TPO, AskGS TSA (Osprey Program) professional.

An internal pre-identified candidate for consideration has been identified. However, all applications will be considered.

About Corporate Business Technology

At Johnson & Johnson Corporate Business Technology (CBT), we empower employees with transformative technology and connect business strategy with scalable digital solutions. Through end-to-end product management, platform engineering, and close partnership with Global Services, we simplify and strengthen employee experiences while delivering secure, sustainable business outcomes.

Role summary

We are seeking a Manager, Technical Product Owner to provide hands-on technical product leadership for the Osprey program and the AskGS Transition Services Agreement (TSA) scope. This role will connect business, product, program, testing, content, architecture, and engineering teams to translate Osprey requirements into well-designed, testable, and release-ready ServiceNow capabilities.

This is not solely a project coordination role. The successful candidate will combine ServiceNow engineering and solution-design depth with disciplined product and delivery leadership. The TPO will help shape solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, maintain operational visibility, coordinate readiness activities, and move cross-functional work through governance, approval, testing, cutover, and release processes.

Key responsibilities

Osprey product and TSA leadership

· Own and coordinate the ServiceNow product work required to support Osprey TSA readiness across AskGS capabilities.

· Translate program, business, and operational needs into a clear backlog of epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and release outcomes.

· Facilitate resolution of Osprey-related issues and decisions, keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, priorities, risks, and required actions.

· Support design readiness, solution finalization, architecture validation, dependency analysis, early-build preparation, and risk mitigation.

Technical solutioning and platform execution

· Provide hands-on ServiceNow technical consultation, configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for delivery teams.

· Partner with platform architects and engineers to apply configuration-first, scalable, secure, and supportable solution patterns.

· Assess the platform implications of TSA requirements across case intake, service catalog, portal experiences, assignment groups, queues, security, routing, workflows, notifications, and reporting.

· Provide technical guidance for Osprey-related integrations and supporting capabilities, including digital assistant/chat dependencies, Adobe Sign or DocuSign, identity, and upstream or downstream systems.

· Coordinate platform configuration needed for cutover activities, including landing pages, contact-directory updates, content, user criteria, workflows, and routing rules.

Delivery, testing, and release readiness

· Coordinate activities across TPOs, Business Product Owners, delivery leads, architects, engineers, testing teams, vendors, and program stakeholders.

· Partner with QA and business testing teams to plan and execute in-sprint testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.

· Review user stories and acceptance criteria, support defect triage, and validate that delivered functionality meets business and TSA needs.

· Track open items and ensure timely progression through design, architecture, governance, approval, release, cutover, and hypercare processes.

· Identify cross-program impacts and protect the stability of existing AskGS services while Osprey TSA changes are designed and deployed.

Reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment

· Maintain a weekly ServiceNow workstream status scorecard covering scope, milestones, delivery health, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and path-to-green actions.

· Build and maintain ServiceNow dashboards and reports that improve operational visibility and support data-driven decisions.

· Prepare concise updates, demos, decision materials, and recommendations for program and executive stakeholders.

· Ensure work complies with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, data separation, and release-governance expectations.

· Coordinate vendors and delivery partners while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes, decisions, and documentation.

Content, knowledge, and employee experience

· Support AskGS content and knowledge-management activities needed for TSA readiness, including knowledge structure, user criteria, workflows, content quality, and migration readiness.

· Partner with content owners and experience teams to preserve a clear employee journey across search, portal, chat, web, and assisted-service channels.

· Help define and validate service-selection, case-intake, routing, and support experiences for in-scope Osprey populations.

· Use employee and agent feedback, service data, and delivery insights to improve usability, supportability, and adoption.

Required qualifications

· Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, ServiceNow technical lead, solution consultant, or comparable role delivering enterprise platform capabilities.

· Strong hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, solution design, workflows, case management, service catalog, portal or Employee Center experiences, security, routing, reporting, and integrations.

· Experience translating complex business and technical requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, solution options, and actionable delivery plans.

· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and collaborate effectively with architects, developers, testers, administrators, and external delivery partners.

· Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, release planning, testing, defect triage, cutover, and hypercare.

· Ability to synthesize complex program information into clear status reporting, risks, decisions, and executive-ready communications.

· Excellent facilitation, stakeholder-management, and communication skills across business, technology, program, and vendor teams.

· Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or relevant implementation certification.

· Experience supporting HR Service Delivery, employee service delivery, case management, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Advanced Work Assignment, Performance Analytics, or IntegrationHub.

· Experience with separation, divestiture, TSA, or other large-scale enterprise-transformation programs.

· Experience with content and knowledge operations, including article workflows, user criteria, quality, searchability, and lifecycle governance.

· Familiarity with data separation, identity, e-signature, digital-assistant, chat, and enterprise integration design considerations.

· Experience operating in a Global Business Services or shared-services environment.

What success looks like

· Osprey TSA scope is translated into a transparent, prioritized, and executable ServiceNow backlog with clear ownership and dependencies.

· Design and architecture decisions are made early, documented clearly, and aligned with AskGS platform standards.

· Testing, release, cutover, and hypercare activities are coordinated with fewer late surprises and faster issue resolution.

· Stakeholders have reliable visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and readiness through useful scorecards, dashboards, and concise communications.

· AskGS remains stable and supportable while Osprey capabilities are delivered, and the resulting employee and agent experiences are clear and fit for purpose.

· Cross-functional teams operate with stronger alignment, accountability, and execution discipline.

Why this role matters

Osprey TSA readiness requires coordinated execution across product, platform, architecture, testing, content, operations, and change. This role provides the technical product leadership needed to connect those moving parts, protect the stability of AskGS, and deliver Osprey outcomes with the right level of rigor, speed, and control. The TPO will directly influence delivery predictability, platform quality, employee experience, and the organization’s ability to meet TSA commitments.
