About Nimbl & Nike Cycling

Nimbl sets the standard for high-performance cycling footwear and apparel, blending beautiful Italian craftsmanship with cutting-edge innovation. Nike Cycling, born from a unique partnership between NIKE, Inc. and Pon.Bike, builds a performance ecosystem that bridges the gap between the athlete and the bike. Together, we are creating a world-class community of brands, and we need passionate, collaborative people to help us grow.

About Pon

Pon is a global mobility company with over 110 businesses worldwide. We are highly active in the cycling industry with over 15 premium bike brands, including Cannondale, Gazelle, Cervélo, and Urban Arrow. Our mission is simple: "We move you to a better world." We prioritize respect, long-term partnerships, and making a sustainable, meaningful contribution to society.

Who we're looking for

We are searching for a sharp, proactive Trade Compliance & Customs Expert to guide our products smoothly across global borders. In this role, you will strike the perfect balance between proactive problem-solving and hands-on operational work.

You enjoy navigating the details of international trade rules and translating them into efficient supply chain processes. By keeping our imports and exports flowing smoothly, you directly ensure our premium gear reaches athletes worldwide without a hitch. Whether you are collaborating with designers on smart sourcing, partnering directly with key global players like Nike to align on compliance standards, communicating with customs authorities, or sharing ideas with the broader Pon.Bike network, your approach is always clear, helpful, and team-oriented.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years working in global trade compliance and customs operations, with specific, proven experience in the apparel and footwear industries.

  • Trade Knowledge: A solid understanding of international trade frameworks (AEO) and HTS classification rules.

  • A Collaborative Mindset: You thrive in a cross-functional environment and love partnering with design, logistics, and finance teams to make things happen.

  • Big-Picture Optimization: You enjoy stepping back to look at the whole process, identifying ways to optimize tariffs during product design, and exploring sustainability initiatives like CBAM.

  • Autonomy & Detail: You are a self-driven, proactive organizer who takes pride in keeping precise records and maintaining audit readiness.

  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch and/or Italian is a wonderful bonus!

What We Offer

  • A highly impactful role within two fast-growing, premium cycling brands.

  • A warm, inclusive, and international team culture where your voice matters.

  • Employee discounts and a front-row seat to exciting new product launches.

  • A dynamic, supportive environment with plenty of room for personal and professional growth.

  • A competitive salary alongside strong benefits.
