About You

As a Trade promo activator you will play a key role in ensuring effective trade promotion planning, execution, and performance tracking across e-commerce channels. The role is responsible for preparing critical business reports and analytics, monitoring pricing and promotional activities, evaluating promo effectiveness, and maintaining trade promotion tools and data accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

TPA Ecom prepares the following vital reports for business:

• Nielsen Weekly trends presentation and excel file for RULT
• FCST PI file with prices, promo mechanics and PI (fact + fcst, Ecom + NKA) for price monitoring part of weekly Operation Centre meeting
• Audit Archer Testing

TPA Ecom supports key trade promo processes:

• Prepares Post promo evaluation analytics by top ecom clients
• Check accuracy of promo activities in a1
• Provide updated data for Trade promo library
• Update and support of TM Tools - promo plan, promo calculator, price file for sales team, TPR check list

​To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills
• Higher education
• Advanced Excel, MS office knowledge
• Experience in trade marketing, analytics, sales operations or other relevant fields
