Trainee Motion Designer

We’re opening up an opportunity to start a career in motion design and are looking for a Trainee Motion Designer — someone who’s eager to take their first steps in the field.

Our Motion team already includes 40+ specialists and continues to grow. You’ll have a great opportunity to work in an environment where you can learn, ask questions, and receive support and feedback from experienced colleagues.

Your impact:

• Work with ready-made projects (collects).
• Create advertising creatives based on clearly defined briefs.
• Learn to adapt videos for different platforms and localizations
  

About you:

• Basic knowledge of motion design gained through courses, tutorials, personal projects, or practice assignments.
• Familiarity with the basic tools and animation principles in After Effects.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of typography, color, and composition.
• English at a Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
• Attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a responsible approach to tasks.

Nice to have:

• Have experience working with plugins such as Animation Composer, Motion Tools, CompositeBrush, etc.
• Are familiar with AI tools such as NanoBanana, Veo 3, ElevenLabs, and others.
• Have a basic understanding of scripting and expressions.
