TRAINEE - PRODUCT & SALES OPERATIONS Ayus Medical Devices AG | Steinhausen, Zug (hybrid: on-site with home office) | 12 months About the role We are looking for an intern to support both product operations and sales operations at Ayus Medical Devices AG. The two functions run on the same tool stack: our sales team works inside the systems our product operations team builds and maintains, so one person across both gets an end-to-end view of how our commercial engine works. From the start you will work across both sides: product operations and sales support, including the qualification of incoming network enquiries. You will learn our systems and our product in depth as you go. No coding is required. You will think logically, catch errors before they become problems, and work with care. You will get a structured onboarding and full training on our setup. The role is ideal for someone who has recently finished their studies or schooling and wants to build a career in medical technology operations. Role details Engagement: Paid 12-month internship, full-time, with the option to convert to a permanent role Work model: Hybrid. Based at our Steinhausen office, with home office days possible. You will need to live within commuting distance. Language: Working across German and English every day What you will do Product operations: Quality assurance and testing of HubSpot workflows, forms, automations, and configurations HubSpot administration support: contact management, list maintenance, pipeline and property updates Support with JotForm, Superchat and other tools in the product stack Documentation of processes, task tracking, and operational checklists in ClickUp Data-integrity checks to keep our reporting accurate and our pipeline clean Coordination with the Ayus Speaks (marketing) team on shared assets such as forms and emails Sales operations: Initial qualification of incoming network enquiries from clinics and doctors, assessing fit against our criteria before they reach the business development team Keeping enquiry and lead records complete, accurate, and correctly staged Supporting the sales team with structured follow-up, scheduling, and coordination Research and ad hoc support as needed Qualification is judgment work. Screening an enquiry well means understanding our product, the markets we serve, and what makes a good network partner. We will train you thoroughly and are looking for someone keen to develop that judgment. What we need from you Required Fluent German and fluent English Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-first mindset Willingness to learn and to ask when something is unclear Eligible to work in Switzerland and living within commuting distance of our Steinhausen office Able to commit to the full 12 months Nice to have Any hands-on exposure to CRM tools, data flows, or digital integrations Interest in healthcare or medical technology Familiarity with HubSpot, JotForm, or similar form and automation tools Familiarity with ClickUp, Excel, Microsoft Teams Who you are Methodical and precise. You spot inconsistencies and want to understand why they happened. You work through a task list steadily and flag blockers early and clearly. You keep the team informed without over-reporting. Curious and long-term oriented. You want to grow into the role and into the company.
