At ISQe, you will… Support the administration of the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS); Configure and maintain system settings and parameters; Manage stakeholders, acting as the main liaison between clients and ISQe; Provide client support, resolving queries, incidents, and functional requests related to Cornerstone; Deliver consultancy, guidance, and hands-on assistance to clients; Train and support end users; Gather business needs and requirements for project development; Support projects throughout their lifecycle, from consultancy and design through to implementation; Assist with change management initiatives related to new projects and system functionalities. What you need to join our team… Academic background in Human Resources, Educational Sciences, Education & Training, or Information Technology; Initial experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development; Knowledge of Cornerstone or another LMS platform (e.g. SuccessFactors, Talentia, Taleo) is preferred; Basic to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; High level of accuracy and sense of responsibility; Proactive, dynamic, and self-driven approach; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Based in the Lisbon metropolitan area.
